We went to Brighton ear piercing after a bit of a harrowing experience elsewhere which meant we had only managed to get one ear pierced previously. Imelda was so kind and gentle, but very thorough with attention to hygiene, covid protocols, and piercing care. She was non judgemental about my daughter being nervous, explained everything and helped my daughter by reassuring her and talking to her about each stage of the process. The piercing was completed efficiently by Imelda and my daughter was happy to find she felt confident about caring for it after Imelda’s clear leaflet and instructions. The piercing was pain free after only a couple of hours and looks very nice. I would highly recommend Brighton ear piercing and only regret we didn’t go here for the first ear!
