Imelda was wonderful from start to finish. Her communication was fantastic, as well as advice before we arrived. She was lovely and calm which really helped put my daughter at ease. She took time to make sure the piercings were even and in the right place and explained everting really clearly. I would highly recommend Imelda for ear piercing.
