I took my daughter to Imelda for her first piercings after a recommendation from a friend. Imelda was wonderful, so thorough, calm and patient. The room she used was impeccably clean and very pleasant and she was extremely cautious to ensure we were Covid safe. She talked through everything about after care and even texted afterwards to make sure all was well. She was very reassuring towards my daughter, who is anxious by nature and was extremely gentle and kind. She was very careful to ensure the holes were absolutely symmetrical on the earlobes and made the piercing quickly and carefully, having also frozen the disinfectant solution for use afterwards to stop any burning sensation. Extra pair of earrings were neatly bagged up in a sweet little bag with the after care advice and solution. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommended.
