My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Imelda, last weekend. Imelda took the time to explain everything to us and the importance of aftercare, she took the time to talk to my daughter and completely involve her and make her feel relaxed. There is a lovely selection of earings for the child to choose from. I would highly recommend going to Imelda. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her beautiful new earings!

I took my daughter to Imelda for her first piercings after a recommendation from a friend. Imelda was wonderful, so thorough, calm and patient. The room she used was impeccably clean and very pleasant and she was extremely cautious to ensure we were Covid safe. She talked through everything about after care and even texted afterwards to make sure all was well. She was very reassuring towards my daughter, who is anxious by nature and was extremely gentle and kind. She was very careful to ensure the holes were absolutely symmetrical on the earlobes and made the piercing quickly and carefully, having also frozen the disinfectant solution for use afterwards to stop any burning sensation. Extra pair of earrings were neatly bagged up in a sweet little bag with the after care advice and solution. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommended.

We have used her services twice in the last 5 years, the first for my daughters 10th birthday and yesterday for her second ear piercing. Both times my daughter went with a friend too which was lovely. Imelda is extremelly professional from first contact, very clean studio environment and you feel in safe hands. She has a lovely manner that puts you at ease and takes time to ensure the piercing is in exactly the correct place. She gives you great aftercare advice too. In my opinion the price is fantastic - as it also includes the gold plated earings. Super service!

I had my ears pierced many years ago, but the result was never very pleasing as the holes were made too far down my ears and my earrings never sat, or hung properly. Having lived with them for years like that I decided at long last to see if anything could be done to improve appearances. We went to Brighton ear piercing after a bit of a harrowing experience elsewhere which meant we had only managed to get one ear pierced previously. Imelda was so kind and gentle, but very thorough with attention to hygiene, covid protocols, and piercing care. She was non judgemental about my daughter being nervous, explained everything and helped my daughter by reassuring her and talking to her about each stage of the process. The piercing was completed efficiently by Imelda and my daughter was happy to find she felt confident about caring for it after Imelda’s clear leaflet and instructions. The piercing was pain free after only a couple of hours and looks very nice. I would highly recommend Brighton ear piercing and only regret we didn’t go here for the first ear!
