I today took my daughter to get her ears pierced, as her original appointment was cancelled back in March due to the lock down. Imelda was fantastic with my daughter. She explained the process and what to expect. She made her feel very relaxed about having her ears pierced. My daughter is very happy and gives 5* as do I.
