Imelda was professional and friendly from the first text message enquiring after an appointment, right through to checking in on us after the piercing. My 11 year old was naturally apprehensive about what was involved and any pain she may experience, but from before the appointment Imelda was reassuring and shared all the relevant information to put us both at ease.
