My daughter had her ears pierced for her birthday 2 weeks ago. Imelda explained the whole process so clearly, was very friendly and patient when my daughter was choosing her studs. Surroundings were very clean and welcoming, I would highly recommend to anyone and will be returning with my younger daughter at a later date. Thank you Imelda.
